1st Day of Diet for Fat loss
Hello Friends, Myself Amrinder Singh Hunjan today is 23 August 2019
Friday, let’s start the journey from fat to fit, I am 33 years old, 5’11” inches
tall and my body weight is 92 KG. I woke up at 6:30 AM and had a warm glass of
water with one bottle cap of Apple cider vinegar. Now it’s time for gym, today
will do some mix exercises which includes all body parts 2 set of each body
part with 12-15 repetitions. In post workout meal I had 2 brown bread
slices with Jam along with protein shake which includes 1 scoop of glutamine
and 1 scoop whey protein. In lunch I had 50-60 GM cooked brown rice with curd, in
evening had 1 cup of green tea. It’s too difficult for me to diet as yesterday
I had “Alloo parantha “ and from last 21 days eating all the oily food as was
busy in cousins marriage. Now it’s dinner time and I had 8 egg whites and
before bed I drunk my protein shake.
